Pursuant to Art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without any penalty, by sending an explicit declaration using the form below.
General Conditions
Failure to return and costs: The goods must be returned within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Condition of products: Goods must be returned undamaged, unused, unmounted, in their original packaging, and complete with all parts. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods.
Voluntary Commercial Returns: Requests resulting from selection errors (model/size) or submitted past the deadline are evaluated at the Seller's discretion. If accepted, return transportation costs are borne by the Customer, and a fee of up to 15% may be withheld to cover administrative costs (re-stocking fee).
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom handlebars, engravings, specific wiring).
- Sealed goods opened after delivery that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons.
- Goods that are inextricably mixed with other items after delivery.
Refund
The refund includes the cost of the products and the initial standard delivery charges. It will be processed within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods are received or until proof of shipment is provided.
