ENDURO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: TOP THREE FOR DOMINO WITH TEAM JOLLY-ZANARDO AND ALEX SALVINI
Season finale with emotions for the Enduro World Championship. The last round of the season was raced last weekend in the town of Rudersdorf, about 40 km north east of Berlin.
Unfortunately, the prediction to win the E2 title with Alex Salvini, leader of the standing with an advantage of 14 points, was not to be. A bitter ending for Salvini, top rider of Jolly-Zanardo Team, third on Saturday, but out on Sunday because of the breaking of the injection system’s cables. Due to this incredible inconvenience, he not only lost the E2 title but also the second position for just one point.
Domino wishes to express its gratitude to Salvini for this thrilling season as ruler in the E2 and EnduroGP.
The Chilean Ruy Barbosa won the Enduro Youth, while the English Joe Wootton finished third in the Junior EJ2.
In this World Championship Domino and Team Jolly-Zanardo conquered 18 victories and 34 podiums.
