ENDURO ITALIAN CHAMPIONSHIP: TWO TITLES FOR DOMINO
Grand season finale for the Enduro Italian Championship.
After Youth World Title conquered in the French GP with the Chilean Ruy Barbosa, in San Giovanni Bianco Team Jolly-Zanardo celebrated with Domino the tenth Italian title got by Alex Salvini in the 450 4T class. Salvini ruled both the days winning the 450 4T class and finishing second in the Overall standing. Great performance for the young Matteo Bresolin too, second in the 250 4T class standing with the Husqvarna 250 FE. Two second positions in the Foreigners class for Barbosa.
Already Italian champion of the Youth class with the Husqvarna 125 TE with Osellini Team of Piacenza, in San Giovanni Bianco Claudio Spanu raced in the Junior class with the Husqvarna 250 FE: this is the bike with he’ll race the next Six Days in Chile.
Good performance for E50 Team riders: third and fourth place for Luca Marcotulli in the 300 2T class, with the fourth final position in the standing. The European champion Alessandro Battig finished third and second in the 350 4T class, getting the third final position. In the 300 2T class Simone Albergoni was twice fifth, confirming the top five in the standing.
Next weekend Domino riders will face the German GP, last round of the Enduro World Championship.
