DOMINO AND NAPINO JOINT VENTURE
Yesterday, 5th of December 2018, represented a milestone for Domino’s history.
We reached an important agreement with the Indian group Napino Auto & Electronics Ltd for the creation of a Joint Venture to produce electronical and electromechanical components for the 2-wheel and 3-wheel Asian market.
The agreement was signed for Domino by the Board Advisors Davide and Federico Bertini, for Napino by Chairman Vipin Raheja.
We are so pleased and proud to work with a prestigious partner such as Napino and we are confident that we will achieve ambitious objectives with them.
Our goal is for the Domino brand to gain a key role in a market with such great potential as the Asian one, as we embark on a new venture for which we have big hopes and to which we will contribute with our know-how and everything that is part of our group history.
