MOTOGP WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: DOMINO RULED MOTO2 PODIUM AT LE MANS
Another amazing weekend for Domino, ruler of the Grand Prix de France at Le Mans Circuit.
In Moto2 outstanding podium with Francesco Bagnaia (SKY Racing Team VR46) and EG 0.0 Marc VDS riders Alex Marquez and Joan Mir, respectively second and third. In France Pecco was unbeatable, leading the race from the first lap to the end, giving no chance to the pursuers. His superiority in Moto2 is undeniable: this is his third victory of the season and the fourth podium in five GP. This numbers guarantee him the lead of the standing with 25 points more than another Domino rider, Miguel Oliveira, sixth at the finish line with the KTM of the Red Bull Ajo Team. Romano Fenati (Marinelli Rivacold Snipers) finished seventh, followed by Fabio Quartararo (Beta Tools - Speed Up Racing).
Podium in Moto3 too with Marcos Ramirez (Bester Capital Dubai), third at the end of a thrilling race with many crashes. Very good performance for Niccolò Antonelli too with Sic58 Squadra Corse, fifth just because a penalty. Seventh position for Tony Arbolino (Marinelli Rivacold Snipers), eighth for Aron Canet (Estrella Galicia 0.0) and ninth for Tatsuki Suzuki (Sic58 Squadra Corse).
Next round of the MotoGP World Championship is on June 3rd at Mugello Circuit.
Le Mans Circuit hosted the FIM CEV Repsol too. In Moto3 class Aleix Viu (Marinelli Sniper Team) got the second pole position in a row and an amazing victory. A shame for Manuel Pagliani: Leopard Racing rider was third but lost the position due to a penalty, finishing sixth. Seventh position for Vicente Perez (Avintia Racing Academy).
Next round of the CEV is on 10 June in Barcelona.
