CAMPIONATO DEL MONDO ENDURO: ANCHE NEL GP DEL PORTOGALLO DOMINO E ALEX SALVINI GRANDI PROTAGONISTI

From Santiago de Compostela to Castelo Branco: the FIM Enduro World Championship moved from Spain to Portugal, about 230 km north of Lisbon, for the third GP of the season.
Another great weekend for DOMINO, ruler of the race thanks to Alex Salvini and Team Jolly-Zanardo.
After winning the special prologue of Friday night with the best time in the overall and in E2 class in front of 5 thousand spectators, on both the days of competition Salvini confirmed his superiority and the extraordinary quality of Domino’s handlebars and throttle controls, winning both the overall and E2 class.
On Saturday outstanding second position of the Chilean Ruy Barbosa - Salvini’s teammate - who raced in EJ1 class since in Portugal the Youth class did not compete. Finally, the English Joe Wootton finished third and fourth in EJ2 class.
On May 6th was raced in Bussi sul Tirino, near Pescara, the second round of the Under 23/Senior Enduro Italian Championship.
Luca Macotulli (Gas Gas) wins the Senior 300 2T class, Claudio Spanu the 125 2T class with the Husvarna of Team Osellini, Matteo Bresolin (Husqvarna) the Senior 250 4T class. Third position for Jordi Gardiol (Gas Gas) in the Junior 300 2T class and second for Riccardo Crippa (Yamaha-Gaiardoni) in the Senior 125 2T class.
Next round of the FIM Enduro World Champioship is the GP of Estonia, scheduled on June 2nd-3rd in Tallinn.
