MOTOGP WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: ABSOLUTE DOMINATION IN TEXAS

Another weekend of passion and great successes for Domino. At COTA, Texas, was raced the Grand Prix of the Americas, third round of the MotoGP World Championship. An amazing weekend for the team and the riders on track with Domino grips, levers and throttle controls.
Starting from Moto3 class, where Enea Bastianini (Leopard Racing) finished second just a step away from the victory at the end of a hard-fought race with Bezzecchi, Martin, Di Giannantonio and Oettl.
Trifecta on Moto2 podium with an incredible Francesco Bagnaia (SKY Racing Team VR46), winner in front of Alex Marquez (EG 0.0 Marc VDS) and Miguel Oliveira (Red Bull KTM Ajo). Sky Racing Team VR46 rider got his second victory of the season, after the triumph in Qatar, and is now leader of the world standing followed by Domino rider Mattia Pasini (Italtrans Racing Team), only seventh at COTA because of a wrong choice of tyre. Just outside the top three Joan Mir (EG 0.0 Marc VDS) finished fourth and Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Ajo) sixth. Lorenzo Baldassarri (Pons HP40) closed the top ten.
Finally, extraordinary triumph in MotoGP with the third place of Andrea Iannone, who is back to the podium after the last one of Valencia 2016. Team Suzuki Ecstar rider managed to lead the race for a few laps, leaving the way for the Spanish Marquez and Vinales. Eighth place for Tito Rabat (Royal Avintia Academy).
Next round of the MotoGP World Championship is on May 6th at Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.

Along with MotoGP, COTA also saw the second round of the MotoAmerica, the American Superbike Championship.
Domino was on track with Westby Racing and Mathew Scholtz, getting an outstanding race1 victory and the sixth place in race 2. The 2017 MotoAmerica Superstock 1000 Champion is now second in the standing with 71 points.
Round 3 of the 2018 MotoAmerica Superbike Championship will take place at Virginia.
