MOTOGP WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: IN 250 cc DOMINO IS IN STAKE FOR THE WORLD TITLE WITH SIMONCELLI WHILE IN MOTOGP CLASS GREAT SUCCESS WITH ALEX DE ANGELIS
18/10/2009 - Weekend rich in satisfactions for Domino that with two others GP to race until the end of the season, brings back home two great successes from from Phillip Island in Australia.
The first one comes from 250 class thanks to Marco Simoncelli, who after a wonderful competition conquer a victory that brings him to 12 points from Aoyama and opens again the games for the conquest of the world title.
Great results also in MotoGP class where Alex De Angelis shows his maturity and talent conquering a sensational fourth place that comes after two days of good tests. After a good start Alex has surpass Colin Edwards in the first lap taking the fourth position maintaining it until the end. Also his teammate Toni Elias has been protagonist of a good start: from the eleventh position in the starting grid he has gone in the fifth one. Unfortunately technical problems has not allowed him to hold the position and at the end he has finished tenth.
Next date with the MotoGP World Championship is on October 25th in Malesia. |
