ENDURO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: TOMMASELLI TRIUMPHS IN E1 CLASS WITH MEO AND AHOLA
30/08/2009 -
Seventh date with the Enduro World Championship. After August’s summer break the world of the two wheels comes back to race and from Valle De Bravo, in Mexico, where was raced the sixth test, the season goes on to excite and stops in Greece in Serres.
Also this time, in this next to last date of the Enduro World Championship, Tommi has conquered important results.
In E1 class Antoine Meo and Mika Ahola has been the protagonist of two fantastic days of competition.
Both have raced thinking about the victory, but only the Italian-French rider has succeed in going on the first step of the podium. His race has been perfect since the beginning and despite Ahola has given his best to succeed in being behind him, the fall in the extreme test and the other one in the line test have made him lose too many second: impossible to recover the lost time.
“Meo has been really good. He was fast and with my errors he has taken a gap was very dangerous to recover. It was better to be satisfied with the second place and manage my twenty-seven points of advantage in the world standing” – the words of Ahola at the end of the competition.
The World Championship is still open and the next date on September 12th – 13th in France will be decisive.
