In Domino design is well organized to meet any customer’s requests.
The R & D department is divided into three sectors: mechanics, electromechanics and electronics. Domino has six 3D CATIA V5 R17 version workstations, nine 2D AUTOCAD workstations and one CAM RHINOCEROS V.2.0 model workstation.
In the test laboratory there are a vibration bench, machines for fatigue tests, shock tests, tensile tests, rain tests, thermic cycle tests, bending tests, dielectric strength tests, electric insulation tests, salt spray tests and U.V.A. tests. The fatigue and bending machines for testing the handlebars are T.U.V. certified.
The metrology department is equipped with two three-dimensional machines, a touch one and an optical one.
For Domino Group companies quality is synonymous with excellence.
The company mission is the most important goal of both Management and workers. The ISO 9001-2000 (T.U.V.) Certification of the Group and the Company Quality System are a guarantee for the customer and the end user.
The handlebar production is also supported by a German KBA Certification which certifies the quality of the manufacturing process.
