Handlebars
They are produced in different aluminium alloys or in high-resistance steel.
The used processes from cutting, bending, tapering, pot die forming to welding and, in some cases, heat treatment, are carried out through CNC machines and complex tooling. These technologies ensure that the production processes are constant and reliable, allowing us to obtain the required technical characteristics and tolerances.
The surface finish used for the aluminium handlebars is anodising in different colours which, combined with shot-peening, gives to the handlebars the technical and aesthetic features needed to satisfy any customer’s requirements.
For the steel handlebars the possible surface finishes are cataphoresis painting, cataphoresis with polyester powder painting or chromium plating (Cu+Ni+Cr).
The handlebars are tested according to STVZ0 Standard, §38.
