Electric
switches
They are produced through the injection moulding of thermoplastics meeting very
high quality and aesthetics standards.
The moulding process is handled entirely in-house and supported by state-of-the-art
electronics, automated conveyors and mechanical hands.
Some machines are provided
with bi-injection for two-component moulding.
These electromechanical parts are assembled through special fixtures and by highly
skilled operators.
The 100% functional check, performed even at the sub-assembly level, is carried
out in a semi-automatic manner with proper instruments reproducing the actual
loads.
Periodic checks are made by submitting the assembled parts to endurance and fatigue
tests, in order to monitor indirectly the used processes and materials. |
