Dashboards Design, testing, thermoplastics moulding and assembly are made in-house. The electronic card is manufactured by a leading electronic company, which guarantees its quality and reliability by using both SMD and THT automatic processes with in-circuit as well as visual and functional checks. The lines of the last assembly step are located in proper ESD protected rooms. All the handled electronic components are wrapped in special antistatic packaging. The traceability of the instruments and their critical components is guaranteed by a specific computer program for the batch management.
