Throttle
controls and lever assembly
Even complex parts of high technical and aesthetic importance are produced through
in-house processes of various aluminium alloys die-casting and plastic moulding.
These processes are carried out by using the most advanced technology today available
on the market, which allows us to obtain castings having close-packed structure
and no blow holes. Special attention is given to the finish processes to guarantee
the resistance to atmospherics and other requirements. Both dipping paintings
and electrostatic powder paintings are available. For some special alloys we
can perform anodic oxidation finishes granting high surface hardness, high resistance
to wear and abrasion as well as bright finish.
The finished product can also be supplied with the throttle cable already assembled,
in order to make its assembling on the vehicle easier, besides ensuring the right
fitting of the terminal to the throttle tube pulley. |
