The MotoGP World Championship raced the last round of the season at a rain soaked and cold Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Valencia.
Already champion in Moto2 thanks to Francesco Bagnaia, in the Grand Prix de la Comunitat Valenciana Domino finished the season once again ruling all the three classes.
In Moto3 the Turkish Can Oncu won an incredible race at his debut in the World Championship as the winner of the Rookies Cup: only the Japanese Noboru Ueda, Domino’s historical rider, succeeded in this feat with the success at the Japanese GP in Suzuka in 1991. On the third step of the podium John Mc Phee (CIP - Green Power). In the top ten also Enean Bastianini (Leopard Racing) fifth, Bester Capital Dubai riders Juame Masia and Marcos Ramirez, respectively sixth and ninth, Niccolò Antonelli (Sic58 Squadra Corse) seventh and Nakarin Atiratphuvapat (Honda Team Asia) eighth.
Two weeks after the Malaysian Grand Prix, where SKY Racing Team VR46 rider got the world title, in Valencia Domino won with the Portuguese Miguel Oliveira (Red Bull KTM Ajo), who finished second in the world standing. Third position for Alex Marquez (EG 0.0 Marc VDS), who crashed while he was leading the race, but he re-joined the race finishing third. Beautiful fourth position for Mattia Pasini: started 14th from the fifth row, at the end of lap one he was first, then leaving the leadership to Oliveira. Good performance with the ninth final position for his teammate Andrea Locatelli. Sixth position for Fabio Quartararo (Speed Up Racing) and eighth for Augusto Fernandez (Pons HP40). Simone Corsi (Tasca Racing Scuderia Moto2) was tenth.
In a tough MotoGP race, characterized by heavy rain and a second start after the exposure of the red flag due to the heavy rain, Alex Rins had an incredible performance with his Suzuki. After the second position in the Malaysian GP, in Valencia he conquered the fifth podium of the season. Thanks to this results Domino and Rins enter in the top five of the World Championship only behind Marquez, Dovizioso, Rossi and Vinales.

The Grand Prix de la Comunitat Valenciana is the last event of this outstanding season: Domino congratulates the riders and the teams for the results achieved together! See you next year!
